手术室护理降低手术压力性损伤发生率效果分析

摘要

目的 分析手术室护理降低手术压力性损伤发生率效果。方法 此次研究对象为本院在2024年1月-2025年1月期间收治的58例手术治疗患者。以随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者采取手术室护理，每组29例。对两组手术压力性损伤发生率及护理满意度进行比较。结果 相比较常规组，实验组手术压力性损伤发生率显著降低（P＜0.05），护理满意度显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室护理能够有效降低手术患者压力性损伤的发生率，改善患者护理体验，提升护理满意度，优化围术期护理质量，具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of operating room nursing in reducing the incidence of surgical pressure injuries.
Methods The study subjects were 58 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Divided into a routine group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with the former receiving routine care and the latter receiving operating room care, with 29 cases in each group. Compared the incidence of surgical pressure injuries and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of surgical pressure injury in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05), and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Operating room nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure injuries in surgical patients, improve patient nursing experience, enhance nursing satisfaction, optimize perioperative nursing quality, and has high clinical promotion and application value.
