此文对近年来中医特色护理、早期康复干预在重症脑卒中患者中的临床应用进行梳理，总结穴位干预、中药护理、传统功法及情志护理等中医特色技术联合早期康复的应用机制和临床效果，对目前临床应用中存在的问题及不足进行分析，且展望今后的发展方向，以为重症脑卒中患者中西医结合康复护理提供参考。
This article reviews the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing and early rehabilitation intervention in severe stroke patients in recent years. It summarizes the application mechanism and clinical effects of TCM characteristic techniques combined with early rehabilitation, such as acupoint intervention, TCM nursing, traditional martial arts, and emotional nursing. It analyzes the problems and shortcomings in current clinical applications and looks forward to future development directions, providing reference for the integrated rehabilitation nursing of TCM and Western medicine in severe stroke patients.
