Study on the effect of progressive dietary care on intestinal function recovery in patients after gastrointestinal surgery
采用渐进式饮食护理对胃肠外科术后患者肠功能恢复的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨采用渐进式饮食护理对胃肠外科术后患者肠功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月期间，本院收集本院80例胃肠外科术后病例作为观测样本，利用随机数字表开展分组，对照组（n= 40，落实术后基础照护）与观察组（n=40例，渐进式饮食护理）。对比两组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况、营养指标 、术后并发症出现态势。结果 观察组病例术后肠鸣音复常时长、首次肛门排气间隔、初次排便间隔以及并发症出现态势，均明显低于对照组患者，且观察组病例的各项营养参数水准均明显高于对照组病例，组间对比具备统计学判别价值（P< 0.05）。结论 针对胃肠外科术后病例推行阶梯式膳食照护，能够切实优化机体营养状态、促进胃肠功能恢复、并降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of progressive dietary care on intestinal function recovery in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
Methods From January 2025 to December 2025, our hospital collected 80 postoperative cases of gastrointestinal surgery as observation samples. Random number tables were used to divide the patients into two groups: a control group (n=40, receiving basic postoperative care) and an observation group (n=40, receiving progressive dietary care). Compare the recovery of gastrointestinal function, nutritional indicators, and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups of patients.
Results The observation group had significantly lower postoperative bowel sounds, first anal exhaust interval, first defecation interval, and incidence of complications compared to the control group. In addition, the observation group had significantly higher levels of various nutritional parameters than the control group, and the inter group comparison had statistical discrimination value (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a tiered dietary care approach for postoperative gastrointestinal surgery cases can effectively optimize the body's nutritional status, promote gastrointestinal function recovery, and reduce the risk of complications.
