Effectiveness of intensive nursing care in elderly patients with hypertension complicated by cerebral infarction
高血压合并脑梗死的老年患者运用在强化性护理的有效性研究

摘要

目的 探究强化性护理运用于高血压合并脑梗死老年患者的有效性。方法 自2024年12月起，本院开始收集诊治高血压合并脑梗死的老年病例资料，至2025年12月止共纳入156例，通过盲选法平均分组。一组开展常规护理作为参照组；一组开展强化性护理作为研究组。对比两组血压、神经功能缺损程度以及健康行为等情况。结果 研究组舒张压、收缩压、神经功能缺损评分均较参照组显著偏低（P<0.05）。研究组健康知识、自我责任感、自我护理技巧等评分均较参照组显著偏高（P<0.05）。结论 强化性护理运用于高血压合并脑梗死老年患者中，可有效控制血压水平，明显改善神经功能，促使其健康行为，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of intensive nursing in elderly patients with hypertension combined with cerebral infarction.
Methods From December 2024 to December 2025, this hospital collected data on elderly patients diagnosed with hypertension and cerebral infarction, totaling 156 cases, which were evenly divided by randomization. One group received routine nursing as the control group, while the other received intensive nursing as the study group. The two groups were compared in terms of blood pressure, neurological deficit scores, and health behaviors.
Results The study group showed significantly lower diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and neurological deficit scores compared to the control group (P<0.05). The study group also demonstrated significantly higher scores in health knowledge, self-responsibility, and self-care skills than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Intensive nursing can effectively control blood pressure levels, significantly improve neurological function, and promote healthy behaviors in elderly patients with hypertension combined with cerebral infarction, making it worthy of active promotion.
