目的 分析应用呼吸康复护理对急性加重期慢阻肺患者的效果。方法 在2025年选取80例急性加重期慢阻肺患者，根据抽签法分组。常规护理对照组内患者，呼吸康复护理观察组内患者。比较2组患者护理前后生活质量。结果 护理后观察组生活质量评分最小，组间比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 呼吸康复护理急性加重期慢阻肺患者能有效增强其生活质量，值得应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying respiratory rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods In 2025, 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and grouped according to the lottery method. Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the observation group received respiratory rehabilitation nursing. The quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing was compared. Results After nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was the lowest, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Respiratory rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve their quality of life and is worthy of application.
