The impact of humanized nursing model on self-management and catheter complications of venous therapy patients
人性化护理模式对静脉治疗患者自我管理及导管并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探讨对静脉治疗患者，应用人性化护理模式干预后，对其自我管理能力、导管并发症和护理满意度的影响。方法 回顾性分析我院2026年1月-2026年6月收治的静脉治疗患者30例，按照不同护理方式分组，对照组常规护理，观察组人性化护理模式，均为15例。对照观察两组的自我管理能力、导管并发症和护理满意度。结果 两组护理前无差异（P＞0.05），护理后观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），导管并发症6.67%低于对照组40.00%，护理总满意度100.00%高于对照组73.33%（P<0.05）。结论 对静脉治疗患者予以人性化护理模式，能够提升患者自我管理能力和护理满意度，降低导管并发症。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of applying the humanized nursing model on the self-management ability, catheter complications and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing venous therapy.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 30 patients undergoing venous therapy admitted to our hospital from January 2026 to June 2026. They were divided into groups according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received the humanized nursing model. There were 15 cases in each group. The self-management ability, catheter complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no difference between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the catheter complication rate was 6.67% lower than that of the control group (40.00%). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (73.33%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the humanized nursing model to patients undergoing venous therapy can improve their self-management ability and nursing satisfaction, and reduce catheter complications.
