Practical research on evidence-based optimization management of perioperative pain and nausea/vomiting (PONV) in biliary ERAS
基于循证的围术期疼痛与恶心呕吐（PONV）优化管理在胆道ERAS中的实践研究

摘要

目的 探究在胆道手术加速康复外科（ERAS）中，采用基于循证的围术期疼痛与恶心呕吐（PONV）优化管理的效果。方法 选取本院胆道手术患者60例，时间为2025年6月-2026年6月，进行随机分组，对照组30例，采用常规护理，观察组30例，采用基于循证的围术期疼痛与PONV优化管理，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组术后疼痛情况、PONV发生率及康复指标，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 基于循证的围术期疼痛与PONV优化管理方案可有效减轻胆道手术患者术后疼痛，降低PONV发生率，加速术后康复，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of using evidence-based perioperative pain and nausea/vomiting (PONV) optimization management in biliary ERAS.
Methods 60 patients undergoing biliary surgery in our hospital from June 2025 to June 2026 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group included 30 patients who received routine care, while the observation group included 30 patients who received evidence-based perioperative pain and PONV optimization management. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The postoperative pain condition, PONV incidence rate, and rehabilitation indicators of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The evidence-based perioperative pain and PONV optimization management plan can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in biliary surgery patients, reduce the incidence of PONV, and accelerate postoperative recovery. It is worthy of promotion.
