PERMA模式多维心理护理对慢阻肺患者焦虑，抑郁心理状态、提高护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 分析积极情绪-投入-人际关系-意义-成就（PERMA）模式多维心理护理对慢阻肺患者焦虑、抑郁心理状态、提高护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2023年10月-2025年11月本院慢阻肺患者200例，以随机数字表法分组，各100例。对照组采取常规护理模式，研究组实施PERMA模式多维心理护理。对比护理效果。结果 焦虑、抑郁评分、护理满意度比较，研究组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 PERMA模式多维心理护理通过多维度正向心理干预，可改善慢阻肺患者心理健康水平，提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment (PERMA) multidimensional psychological nursing on anxiety, depression, and nursing satisfaction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Methods 200 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in our hospital from October 2023 to November 2025 were selected and randomly divided into groups of 100 each using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received multidimensional psychological care using the PERMA model. Compare the nursing effects.
Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed better scores in anxiety, depression, and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The PERMA model of multidimensional psychological nursing can improve the mental health level of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and enhance nursing satisfaction through multidimensional positive psychological intervention.
