Efficacy of emotional counseling nursing interventions in patients with perioperative hypertension complicated by anxiety
情绪疏导护理在围术期高血压合并焦虑患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究情绪疏导这一护理策略对围术期高血压伴焦虑患者的改善效果。方法 本研究纳入2024年1月-2024年12月期间我院收治的150例围术期高血压合并焦虑患者开展研究，遵循随机对照原则分为两组，给予对照组（75例）常规基础护理，观察组（75例）在其基础上联合情绪疏导护理，对比患者情绪和血压等指标。结果 观察组患者护理结束后的血压水平低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组患者护理后负性情绪评分的下降幅度明显大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用情绪疏导法，利用分层情感干预的优点，能够降低负性情绪的影响，提高了患者的治疗和护理依从性，帮助患者围术期达到稳定的血压控制。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of emotional counseling as a nursing strategy in improving outcomes for patients with perioperative hypertension accompanied by anxiety.
Methods This study enrolled 150 patients with perioperative hypertension combined with anxiety admitted to our hospital between January 2024 and December 2024. Following the principles of randomized controlled trials, the patients were divided into two groups: the control group (n=75) received conventional basic nursing care, while the observation group (n=75) received conventional basic nursing care combined with emotional counseling nursing; various indicators, including patients’ emotional status and blood pressure levels, were compared between the two groups.
Results The blood pressure levels in the observation group at the end of nursing care were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); furthermore, the reduction in negative emotion scores in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the emotional counseling method, leveraging the advantages of stratified emotional intervention, can mitigate the impact of negative emotions, enhance patient compliance with treatment and nursing interventions, and assist patients in achieving stable blood pressure control during the perioperative period.
