目的 评价在新生儿尿标本采集中应用膀胱刺激法（BST）护理的临床效果。方法 选取2024年6月至2025年7月期间在本院进行尿液分析的新生儿60例，分组采取随机数字表法，共分成30例观察组与30例对照组。对照组患儿给予传统尿袋收集法收集尿液，观察组患儿开展膀胱刺激法护理,对比分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 观察组新生儿的留尿成功时间明显短于对照组，尿液污染率明显低于对照组，尿液成功采集率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将膀胱刺激法应用于新生儿尿标本采集的护理中，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量，提高患儿尿液采集效率，缩短留尿成功时间，降低尿液污染率，避免过度或不足的治疗。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of bladder stimulation method (BST) nursing in neonatal urine specimen collection. Methods A total of 60 newborns with urine analysis at our hospital between June 2024 and July 2025 were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) using a random number table. The control group used traditional urine bag collection, while the observation group received BST nursing. Comparative analysis was conducted to evaluate nursing outcomes. Results The observation group demonstrated significantly shorter urine retention time, lower contamination rate, and higher success rate compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing BST nursing in neonatal urine specimen collection enhances clinical service quality, improves urine collection efficiency, reduces retention time, lowers contamination rates, and avoids excessive or insufficient treatment.
