Exploring the value of stepwise dietary care in patients with input loop syndrome after EUS-GE
阶梯式饮食护理在EUS-GE术后输入袢综合征患者中的价值探究

摘要

目的 探究阶梯式饮食护理在超声内镜下胃空肠吻合（EUS-GE）术后输入袢综合征患者中的临床应用价值。方法 选取86例EUS-GE术后并发输入袢综合征患者，随机分为两组各43例。对照组采用常规术后饮食护理，观察组实施阶梯式饮食护理，对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、营养状态及术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组比对照组胃肠功能恢复、住院时长等康复指标更优，术后营养指标水平更高，并发症发生率更低，均P＜0.05。结论 阶梯式饮食护理可有效促进EUS-GE术后输入袢综合征患者康复，改善机体营养状况，降低术后并发症风险，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application value of tiered dietary care in patients with input loop syndrome after endoscopic gastrojejunostomy (EUS-GE) surgery.
Methods 86 patients with input loop syndrome after EUS-GE surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 43 patients each. The control group received routine postoperative dietary care, while the observation group received tiered dietary care. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, nutritional status, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results The observation group had better recovery indicators such as gastrointestinal function recovery and length of hospital stay compared to the control group, higher levels of postoperative nutritional indicators, and lower incidence of complications, all P<0.05.
Conclusion   Stepwise dietary care can effectively promote the recovery of patients with EUS-GE postoperative input loop syndrome, improve their nutritional status, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and has high clinical application value.
