探讨优质护理模式在小儿流行性腮腺炎护理应用的临床效果

摘要

目的 探析优质护理模式在小儿流行性腮腺炎护理应用的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年12月期间，院内60例小儿流行性腮腺炎患儿病历资料。2025年1月至2025年6月的30例患儿接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年7月至2025年12月的30例患儿接受优质护理，作为观察组。对比两组临床相关指标及并发症发生率。结果 观察组退热时间、消肿时间及住院时间均低于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 针对小儿流行性腮腺炎患儿的护理，通过积极落实优质护理干预，可显著改善患儿临床相关指标及并发症发生率，具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing mode in the nursing of pediatric mumps.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 children with mumps in the hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. From January 2025 to June 2025, 30 pediatric patients received routine care as the control group. From July 2025 to December 2025, 30 pediatric patients received high-quality care as the observation group. Compare the clinical indicators and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results The observation group had lower fever reduction time, swelling reduction time, and hospitalization time than the control group, P＜0.05. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   For the nursing of children with mumps, actively implementing high-quality nursing interventions can significantly improve clinical indicators and the incidence of complications, and has good application value.
