目的 讨论及研究临床护理干预在老年慢阻肺护理工作的应用效果及对患者生存质量的影响。方法选择我院在2023年1月份至2025年6月收治的30例患者开展研究，依据随机数字表法分成对照组和干预组，每组15例，对照组常规护理，干预组临床护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果以及生活质量。结果 通过对两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，开展临床护理干预的干预组患者护理效果优于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者的生活质量，干预组更高，p<0.05。结论 对老年慢阻肺护理工作中开展临床护理干预，可以提升患者的护理效果，提高患者的生活质量，满足了患者康复需求，值得提倡。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of clinical nursing interventions in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and their impact on quality of life. Methods A total of 30 patients admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and June-2025 were enrolled in this study. Using the random number table method, they were divided into a control group (15 patients) receiving routine nursing care and an intervention group (15 patients) receiving clinical nursing interventions. The two groups were compared in terms of nursing outcomes and quality of life. Results The intervention group demonstrated significantly better nursing outcomes than the control group (p<0.05), and higher quality of life scores (p<0.05) after receiving different nursing measures. Conclusion Implementing clinical nursing interventions in elderly COPD care can enhance patient outcomes, improve quality of life, and meet rehabilitation needs, making it a recommended practice.
