The application effect of dual-heart care in patients undergoing permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation
双心护理在永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨对永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者实施双心护理的应用效果。方法 选取在我院接受永久性心脏起搏器植入术治疗患者74例，所有患者均在2024年1月-2024年12月接受治疗，随机取37例实施常规护理（对照组），另37例采用双心护理（观察组）。对比两组患者护理前、出院时6 min步行距离（6MWD）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）等心功能水平，采用简明健康状况调查表（SF-36）评分评估患者出院时的生活质量。结果 出院时，与对照组相比，观察组6MWD、LVEF水平明显提高，差异对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组各项SF-36维度评分均高与于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于永久性心脏起搏器植入术而言，双心护理用于有效改善患者的心脏功能和术后生活质量，值得临床上进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of dual heart care for patients undergoing permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation.
Methods A total of 74 patients who underwent permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation in our hospital were randomly selected. All patients received treatment from January 2024 to December 2024. 37 patients were randomly selected for routine care (control group), and the other 37 patients received dual-heart care (observation group). The cardiac function levels such as the 6-minute walking distance (6MWD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) before nursing and at discharge were compared between the two groups of patients. The Short Form 36 Health Questionnaire (SF-36) score was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients at discharge.
Results At discharge, compared with the control group, the levels of 6MWD and LVEF in the observation group were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of each SF-36 dimension in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation, dual-heart care has effectively improved the cardiac function and postoperative quality of life of patients, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
