Research on risk nursing strategies for minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation in the operating room
腰椎间盘突出症微创手术手术室风险护理对策研究

摘要

目的 观察对腰椎间盘突出症微创手术患者开展手术室风险护理的作用。方法 回顾2025年2月-12月本院腰椎间盘突出症微创手术患者88例，按照手术期间护理方案不同划分为2组，对照组（44例）进行常规手术室护理，观察组（44例）进行手术室风险护理。对两组围术期时间指标、并发症进行统计。结果 观察组患者进食时间、手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对腰椎间盘突出症微创手术患者开展手术室风险护理，可以减少患者手术期间用时，并实现对围术期并发症进行预防，有助于患者术后迅速进行恢复，综合保障对该部分患者手术室护理效果，降低手术风险。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of risk nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation.
Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from February to December 2025 were retrospectively divided into two groups according to different nursing plans during the surgery. The control group (44 cases) received routine operating room care, while the observation group (44 cases) received operating room risk care. Statistical analysis of perioperative time indicators and complications for two groups.
Results The observation group had shorter eating time, surgery time, bed activity time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group, (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing risk management in the operating room for patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation can reduce the time spent during surgery, prevent perioperative complications, facilitate rapid postoperative recovery, comprehensively ensure the effectiveness of operating room care for this group of patients, and reduce surgical risks.
