The impact of detailed nursing care based on the Child Early Warning Score on family satisfaction in pediatric bronchopneumonia cases
儿童早期预警评分的细节护理对小儿支气管肺炎家属满意度的影响

摘要

目的 分析选取小儿支气管肺炎患者并引入儿童早期预警评分为指导，开展细节护理的实施成效；方法 回顾性选取2025年1月至12月本院接诊的60例小儿支气管肺炎患儿。根据患儿的护理模式不同分组，各30例。对照组为常规护理，观察组为基于儿童早期预警评分指导下的细节护理，比较两组临床指标及家属满意度；结果 观察组的症状缓解指标更优且住院时间更短（P<0.05）。观察组的家属护理满意度明显更高（P<0.05）；结论 通过在小儿支气管肺炎实施细节护理的过程中，联合儿童早期预警评分进行干预，能够促进患儿相关症状的快速缓解，缩短住院时间，针对性提升家属的护理满意度，应用价值良好。

Abstract

Objective Analysis and selection of children with bronchopneumonia and the introduction of early warning score for children as a guide to carry out detailed nursing.
Methods From January to December, 2025, 60 children with bronchopneumonia were included in the study. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given early warning score on the basis of detailed nursing. Clinical indicators and family satisfaction were used as evaluation indicators to analyze the intervention effect.
Results The time to resolution of symptoms and the total length of hospital stay in the observation group differed significantly from those in the control group (P <0.05). The family satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a detailed nursing care model guided by the Child Early Warning Score in the clinical care of pediatric bronchopneumonia can facilitate the rapid resolution of relevant symptoms, shorten hospital stays, and targetedly improve family satisfaction, demonstrating significant clinical value.
