Application of the rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway in the care of tibia and fibula fractures
胫腓骨骨折护理中快速康复护理路径的应用

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复护理路径在胫腓骨骨折护理的应用价值。方法 从本院2025年11月-2026年4月收入的胫腓骨骨折患者中抽取64例，将纳入对象按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组，每组32人，对照组予以常规围手术期护理，观察组予以快速康复护理路径护理，对比患者护理结果。结果 护理后，对比对照组，观察组术后康复耗时更短，术后48h视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）以及术后3月膝关节功能评分（HSS）指标更优、术后并发症发生率更低。两组患者各项指标对比（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论 快速康复护理路径为胫腓骨骨折患者建立高效康复环境，利于患者术后康复，可缓解其术后疼痛，助力下肢关节功能恢复，可显著降低关节僵硬、肺部感染等并发症风险，可推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway in the management of tibia and fibula fractures.
Methods A total of 64 patients with tibia and fibula fractures admitted to our hospital between November 2025 and April 2026 were selected and randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group (n=32 each) using a random number table. The control group received conventional perioperative nursing care, while the observation group received the Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway; the nursing outcomes were then compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group exhibited a shorter postoperative rehabilitation duration, superior Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores at 48 hours postoperatively and Hospital for Special Surgery knee score (HSS) scores at 3 months postoperatively, as well as a lower incidence of postoperative complications. The differences in all outcome measures between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway creates an efficient rehabilitation environment for patients with tibia and fibula fractures, facilitates postoperative recovery, alleviates postoperative pain, supports the restoration of lower extremity joint function, and significantly reduces the risk of complications such as joint stiffness and pulmonary infections; therefore, it is worthy of widespread adoption.
