Application of systematic nursing intervention in reducing the incidence of oral mucositis during chemotherapy for adult acute myeloid leukemia
系统性护理干预在降低成人急性髓系白血病化疗期间口腔黏膜炎发生率中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在成人急性髓系白血病患者化疗期间给予系统性护理干预对降低口腔黏膜炎发生率的影响。方法 在2025年1月-2026年1月选取58例急性髓系白血病患者，均择期进行化疗治疗。根据抽签法随机分成2组，对照组内患者给予常规护理干预，观察组内患者给予系统性护理干预。比较2组患者口腔黏膜炎发生率。结果 观察组（6.90%）口腔黏膜炎发生率低于对照组（31.03%），组间对比P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论 在成人急性髓系白血病患者化疗期间给予系统性护理干预能有效降低其口腔黏膜炎发生率，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of providing systematic nursing intervention during chemotherapy on reducing the incidence of oral mucositis in adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
Methods From January 2025 to January 2026, 58 patients with acute myeloid leukemia were selected and all underwent chemotherapy. They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the lottery method. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group received systematic nursing intervention. The incidence of oral mucositis was compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of oral mucositis in the observation group (6.90%) was lower than that in the control group (31.03%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Providing systematic nursing intervention during chemotherapy for adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia can effectively reduce the incidence of oral mucositis, and it is worthy of application.
