Observation of ADOPT mode risk nursing in perioperative care of acute myocardial infarction PCI intervention
ADOPT模式的风险护理在急性心肌梗死PCI介入围术期护理的观察

摘要

目的 观察态度（Attitude）、定义（Definition）、开放思维（Open mind）、制订计划（Planni ng）、尝试实施（Try it out）（ADOPT）模式风险护理在急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）围手术期的应用效果。方法 筛选2024年7月-2025年7月于本院接受PCI介入手术救治的急性心肌梗死病例共80例，采用随机分组方式划分为对照组、观察组，均40例。对照组落实临床传统围手术期护理干预，观察组开展ADOPT模式风险护理干预，涵盖问题识别、需求评估、方案制定、全程实施、跟踪随访五个环节。对比两组受试者术后相关不良结局出现概率与护理服务体验反馈水平。结果 观察组术后合并症总体检出比例较对照队列更低，照护服务整体认可占比则相对更高（P＜0.05）。结论 把ADOPT模式导向的风险照护手段运用于急性心肌梗死PCI围术期护理中，实施分层、针对性干预，降低术中及术后不良事件发生概率，提升整体护理服务质量，临床实用性较高，可推广应用。

Abstract

Objective Attitude, definition, open mind, planning, try it out (ADOPT) model of risk nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction during the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).
Methods A total of 80 cases of acute myocardial infarction treated with PCI intervention surgery in our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received traditional perioperative nursing interventions, while the observation group received ADOPT model risk nursing interventions, covering five stages: problem identification, needs assessment, plan development, full implementation, and follow-up. Compare the probability of postoperative adverse outcomes and the level of nursing service experience feedback between two groups of subjects.
Results The total proportion of postoperative complications detected in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall recognition of care services was relatively higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the ADOPT model guided risk management hand segment to perioperative care for acute myocardial infarction PCI, implementing layered and targeted interventions, reducing the probability of intraoperative and postoperative adverse events, improving overall nursing service quality, has high clinical practicality, and can be promoted and applied.
