Observation and nursing care of complications in patients after carotid endarterectomy
颈动脉内膜剥脱术后患者并发症的观察与护理

摘要

目的 探究颈动脉内膜剥脱术后患者并发症的观察与护理。方法 选择2024年1月-2025年12月于我院接受治疗的100例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，各50例，对照组为常规护理，实验组为针对性护理，对比两组患者的并发症发生率、血压控制情况以及神经功能恢复情况。结果 两组患者提供不同护理策略后，实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者血压控制情况，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。评估患者的神经功能恢复情况，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者提供针对性的护理，可以降低并发症的产生，稳定患者的血压水平，促进神经功能的恢复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the observation and care of complications in patients after carotid endarterectomy.
Methods A total of 100 patients treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received targeted care. The incidence of complications, blood pressure control, and neurological function recovery were compared between the two groups.
Results After applying different care strategies, the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (p<0.05). Comparing blood pressure control, the experimental group performed better than the control group (p<0.05). Assessing neurological function recovery, the experimental group also outperformed the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing targeted care for patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy can reduce complications, stabilize blood pressure levels, and promote neurological function recovery.
