Observation on the effect of continuity of home care on limb function recovery and medication compliance in discharged patients with cerebral infarction
延续性居家护理对脑梗死出院患者肢体功能恢复及服药依从性的影响观察

摘要

目的 探究延续性居家护理对脑梗死出院患者肢体功能恢复及服药依从性的临床干预效果。方法 选取2024年1-12月我院86例脑梗死出院患者，随机分组。对照组43例予常规出院护理指导，观察组43例在其基础上实施系统化延续性居家护理干预，干预周期为6个月。对比两组患者干预前后肢体功能恢复情况、服药依从性。结果 干预后，观察组观察指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对脑梗死出院患者实施延续性居家护理，可促进肢体功能恢复，显著提升患者长期服药依从性，具备临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical intervention effect of continuous home care on limb function recovery and medication compliance in discharged patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods 86 discharged patients with cerebral infarction from our hospital from January to December 2024 were randomly divided. The control group of 43 cases received routine discharge nursing guidance, while the observation group of 43 cases received systematic and continuous home care intervention based on it, with an intervention period of 6 months. Compare the recovery of limb function and medication adherence between two groups of patients before and after intervention.
Results After intervention, the observation group had better observation indicators than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing continuous home care for discharged patients with cerebral infarction can promote limb function recovery, significantly improve long-term medication compliance, and has clinical value for promotion and application.
