Practice of role transformation of midwives in the new era: Exploration of paths from childbirth support to popularization of adolescent reproductive health
新时代助产士角色转型实践——从分娩支持到青少年生殖健康科普的路径探讨

摘要

新时代生育健康服务体系持续完善，助产士角色定位需多元化发展，传统助产士核心是分娩支持，难以适配全生命周期生殖健康服务需求，青少年生殖健康认知不足导致系列问题渐显，为助产士角色转型指出关键方向。本文依据当下生殖健康服务发展状况，剖析助产士由传统分娩支持转向青少年生殖健康科普角色的必然原因，梳理转型实践路径，包括服务内容扩充、能力素养提高、多元协作机制搭建等方面，为健全生殖健康服务体系、充分施展助产士专业价值给予参考。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the reproductive health service system in the New Era, the role positioning of midwives needs to develop in a diversified manner. Traditional midwives, whose core work focuses on childbirth support, can hardly meet the needs of full-life-cycle reproductive health services. The insufficient cognitive level of adolescent reproductive health has led to the gradual emergence of a series of problems, pointing out a key direction for the role transformation of midwives. Based on the current development status of reproductive health services, this paper analyzes the inevitable reasons for midwives to transform from traditional childbirth support to the role of popularizing adolescent reproductive health, and sorts out the practical paths of transformation, including the expansion of service content, the improvement of professional competence and literacy, and the establishment of a multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism. This study aims to provide references for improving the reproductive health service system and giving full play to the professional value of midwives.
