目的 讨论及研究全程护理干预对急诊泌尿系统结石患者疼痛的影响。方法 选择我院在2025年1月-2025年12月份收治的80例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，每组40例，对照组为常规管理，实验组全程护理干预，对比两组患者的疼痛程度、临床指标、心理状态。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者的疼痛程度更轻，p<0.05，对比患者的临床指标，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者的心理状态，实验组显佳，p<0.05。结论 对急诊泌尿系结石患者提供全程护理干预，可以减轻患者的疼痛程度，改善患者的临床指标，稳定患者的心理状态，值得提倡。
Objective To discuss and investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain in emergency patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine management, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The pain levels, clinical indicators, and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results After receiving different interventions, the experimental group exhibited significantly lower pain levels (p<0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed superior clinical indicators (p<0.05). The psychological status of the experimental group was also significantly better (p<0.05). Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing intervention for emergency patients with urinary calculi can alleviate pain, improve clinical indicators, and stabilize psychological status, making it worthy of promotion.
