Exploration of aspiration warning screening and intervention effects in stroke patients with dysphagia under a multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model
多学科协同护理模式下脑卒中吞咽障碍患者误吸预警筛查及干预效果探讨

摘要

目的 探究多学科协同护理模式应用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的误吸预警筛查价值及临床干预效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年12月我院神经内科收治的86例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（43例）与观察组（43例）。对照组实施基础干预，观察组采用多学科协同护理模式。连续干预4周后，对比两组患者误吸发生率、吸入性肺炎发生率。结果 干预后，观察组误吸发生率、吸入性肺炎发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 多学科协同护理模式可实现脑卒中吞咽障碍患者误吸风险的早期精准预警，通过多学科联动干预可有效降低误吸及相关并发症发生风险，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value and clinical intervention effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model in screening for aspiration warning in stroke patients with swallowing disorders.
Methods 86 stroke patients with swallowing disorders admitted to the neurology department of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (43 cases) and an observation group (43 cases) using a random number table method. The control group received basic intervention, while the observation group adopted a multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model. After 4 weeks of continuous intervention, compare the incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia between the two groups of patients.
Results After intervention, the incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can achieve early and accurate warning of aspiration risk in stroke patients with swallowing disorders. Multidisciplinary intervention can effectively reduce the risk of aspiration and related complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
