Effect of early activity nursing on functional recovery of long-term bedridden patients in neurology department
早期活动护理对神经内科长期卧床患者功能恢复的影响

摘要

目的 分析在神经内科长期卧床患者中采取早期活动护理对于改善患者功能的价值；方法 回顾性选取2024年1月至2025年12月本院神经内科收治的60例长期卧床患者，根据护理模式不同分组，各30例。对照组为常规护理，观察组联合早期活动护理。比较两组的肢体活动、语言及吞咽功能改善情况；结果 干预前两组在各项功能评分上差异不显著（P＞0.05）。干预后，观察组的肢体活动功能评分、语言功能评分及吞咽功能评分均更优（P<0.05）；结论 通过对神经内科长期卧床患者采取早期活动护理，能够实现对患者肢体、语言及吞咽功能的同步提升，应用价值良好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of early activity nursing in improving patients’ function in neurology department.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2025, 60 cases of long-term bedridden patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital were retrospectively selected and divided into different groups according to different nursing modes, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given early activity nursing. The improvement of physical activity, language and swallowing function between the two groups were compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in each functional score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of physical activity function, language function and swallowing function in the observation group were better (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   By taking early activity nursing for patients who have been bedridden for a long time in neurology department, the patients’ limbs, language and swallowing function can be improved synchronously, and the application value is good.
