The application effect of situational micro-video nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients undergoing hepatobiliary pancreatic open surgery
情境微视频护理干预在肝胆胰开腹手术患者围术期的应用效果

摘要

为考察情境微视频护理干预在肝胆胰开腹手术患者围术期应用的效果，本文采用明确的方法，选取2022年6月-2023年12月本院接受肝胆胰开腹手术的患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组各48例，对照组予以常规围术期护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加用情境微视频护理干预，之后对两组术前焦虑水平、护理依从性、术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、术后康复指标及护理满意度诸指标予以比较。结果十分清楚：观察组术前焦虑评分明显低于对照组，护理依从性、满意度均优于对照组，术后疼痛评分及首次排气时间、下床活动时间、住院天数诸指标也都优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论为情境微视频护理干预能有效改善肝胆胰开腹手术患者围术期焦虑情绪、提高护理依从性、促进术后康复，有较好的临床应用价值。

Abstract

To evaluate the efficacy of situational micro-video nursing intervention in perioperative care for patients undergoing hepatobiliary pancreatic open surgery, this study employed a well-defined methodology by selecting 96 patients who underwent such surgeries at our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 and randomly assigning them into an observation group (n=48) and a control group (n=48). The control group received conventional perioperative care, while the observation group received additional situational micro-video nursing intervention. Subsequent comparisons were made between the two groups regarding preoperative anxiety levels, nursing compliance, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score for postoperative pain, postoperative recovery outcomes, and nursing satisfaction. The results were unequivocal: the observation group exhibited significantly lower preoperative anxiety scores, superior nursing compliance and satisfaction rates, as well as better postoperative pain scores, time to first flatus, time to ambulation, and length of hospital stay compared to the control group (P<0.05). The conclusion is that situational micro-video nursing intervention effectively alleviates perioperative anxiety, enhances nursing compliance, and promotes postoperative recovery in patients undergoing hepatobiliary pancreatic open surgery, demonstrating significant clinical value.
