数字媒体助力基层科学技术普及推广模式革新研究

摘要

基层科普属于提高全民科学素养、打通科普服务“最后一公里”的重要部分。随着智能手机、互联网在基层全域的普及，数字媒体已经成了基层开展科普工作的重要工具之一。本文以乡镇、社区等基层科普工作真实场景为基础，分析数字媒体在基层科普中应用的价值和意义，总结目前基层用数字媒体开展科普工作过程中出现的内容脱离实际、平台利用率低、保障机制不健全等问题，并从内容创作、传播途径、运营机制三个方面给出具体的推广模式和改善办法，为基层一线科普工作人员提供可操作的建议，助力基层科普工作更上一层楼，实现全域普惠。

Abstract

Grassroots science popularization is an important part of improving the scientific literacy of the public and bridging the “last mile” of science popularization services. With the widespread use of smartphones and the Internet at the grassroots level, digital media has become one of the important tools for carrying out science popularization work at the grassroots level. This paper analyzes the value and significance of the application of digital media in grassroots science popularization based on real-world scenarios in townships and communities. It summarizes the problems that currently exist in the process of using digital media to carry out science popularization work at the grassroots level, such as content that is out of touch with reality, low platform utilization, and an imperfect guarantee mechanism. It provides specific promotion models and improvement methods from three aspects: content creation, dissemination channels, and operation mechanisms, offering actionable suggestions for frontline science popularization workers at the grassroots level, helping grassroots science popularization work to reach a higher level and achieve universal benefits.
