Practice research on the integrated themed party day activities of retired party branches in universities
高校离退休党支部融合式主题党日活动实践研究

摘要

高校离退休党支部传统党日活动普遍存在形式单一、组织封闭、参与度低等问题，难以适配新时代党建工作高质量发展要求。基于目前离退休党建工作存在的问题，探索“红色研学+科技助农+校地共建”融合式主题党日活动模式，系统梳理活动的设计逻辑、组织流程、保障体系与实践成效，期望为地方高校离退休党建提质增效提供可供参考的工作范式。

Abstract

Traditional themed Party day activities carried out by retired Party branches of universities generally suffer from monotonous forms, closed organization and low participation, which can hardly meet the high-quality development requirements of Party building work in the new era. In view of the existing problems in current Party building work for retired faculty Party members, this paper explores an integrated themed Party day activity model featuring “red study tours + science and technology assisted agriculture + university-local community co-construction”. It systematically summarizes the design logic, organizational process, guarantee system and practical effects of the activity model, aiming to provide a referable working paradigm for improving the quality and efficiency of retired faculty Party building in local universities.
