Research progress on nursing interventions in pediatric postoperative anxiety and pain management
儿科术后焦虑与疼痛管理中护理干预的研究进展

摘要

儿科手术技术不断发展背景下，术后焦虑与疼痛作为患儿常见应激反应，会延缓康复进程，甚至影响远期心理发育。研究从年龄分层干预差异、非药物护理干预应用、标准化护理方案落地三个维度，系统梳理国内儿科术后焦虑与疼痛护理干预的相关研究进展，明确不同年龄段患儿的干预侧重点。研究总结加速康复外科理念在多类儿科手术中的实践价值，同时分析当前研究存在的护理人员的多个问题，提出后续需完善分层培训、非药物干预标准化开发、多场景适配路径构建等方向，可为优化儿科围手术期护理路径、提升护理质量提供参考。

Abstract

With the continuous development of pediatric surgical techniques, postoperative anxiety and pain, as common stress reactions in children, can delay the recovery process and even affect long-term psychological development. The study systematically reviews the relevant research progress on pediatric postoperative anxiety and pain nursing intervention in China from three dimensions: age stratification intervention differences, non pharmacological nursing intervention application, and standardized nursing plan implementation, and clarifies the intervention focus for children of different age groups. The study summarizes the practical value of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in various types of pediatric surgeries, and analyzes the multiple problems of nursing staff in current research. It proposes directions for improving hierarchical training, standardized development of non pharmacological interventions, and construction of multi scenario adaptation pathways, which can provide reference for optimizing pediatric perioperative nursing pathways and improving nursing quality.
