The application effect of the whole course nutrition management model led by nutrition specialist nurses in patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma
营养专科护士主导的全病程营养管理模式在远端胆管癌患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究营养专科护士主导的全病程营养管理模式在远端胆管癌患者中的应用效果。方法 利用便利抽样法，选择2023年4月-2024年10月收治的120例远端胆管癌患者作为此次研究的实验对象，采用随机数字表法分组，干预组60例远端胆管癌患者，采用营养专科护士主导的全病程营养管理模式，观察组60例远端胆管癌患者，采用常规管理模式，比较干预组与观察组的肠道功能、营养指标、生活质量和满意度。结果 干预后，干预组远端胆管癌患者的肠道功能、营养指标、生活质量、满意度显著优于观察组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 营养专科护士主导的全病程营养管理模式在远端胆管癌患者中的应用效果更突出，可进一步提高预后效果，值得临床广泛运用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of the whole course nutrition management model led by nutrition specialist nurses in patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma.
Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 120 patients with distal bile duct cancer admitted from April 2023 to October 2024 as the experimental subjects for this study. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into two groups: the intervention group of 60 patients with distal bile duct cancer and the observation group of 60 patients with distal bile duct cancer. The whole course nutrition management mode led by nutrition specialist nurses was adopted, and the conventional management mode was adopted. The intestinal function, nutritional indicators, quality of life, and satisfaction of the intervention group and the observation group were compared.
Results After intervention, the intestinal function, nutritional indicators, quality of life, and satisfaction of patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of the whole course nutrition management model led by nutrition specialist nurses is more prominent in patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma, which can further improve the prognosis and is worthy of widespread clinical application.
