Analysis of the effect of mind mapping combined with early rapid rehabilitation nursing in critically ill patients after cardiac surgery
思维导图结合早期快速康复护理在心脏手术后重症患者中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨思维导图结合早期快速康复护理在心脏手术后重症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年6月1日-2025年6月1日某院ICU收治的心脏手术重症患者84例，按随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组，各42例。常规组实施术后常规护理及早期快速康复护理，研究组在常规组基础上联合思维导图干预。比较两组术后首次下床活动时间、ICU住院时间、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度4项观察指标。结果 研究组术后首次下床活动时间、ICU住院时间均短于常规组，术后并发症发生率低于常规组，护理满意度高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 思维导图结合早期快速康复护理可有效促进心脏手术后重症患者康复，缩短住院周期，降低并发症风险，提升护理服务质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with early rapid rehabilitation nursing in critically ill patients after cardiac surgery.
Methods 84 critically ill patients undergoing cardiac surgery admitted to the ICU of a certain hospital from June 1, 2024 to June 1, 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a routine group and a study group using a random number table method, with 42 patients in each group. The routine group received postoperative routine care and early rapid rehabilitation care, while the study group received a combination of mind mapping intervention on the basis of the routine group. Compare four observation indicators, including the first time of getting out of bed after surgery, ICU stay, incidence of postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction, between two groups.
Results The study group had shorter postoperative first mobilization time and ICU hospitalization time compared to the routine group. The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the routine group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of mind mapping and early rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of critically ill patients after cardiac surgery, shorten the hospitalization period, reduce the risk of complications, and improve the quality of nursing services. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
