Analysis of the impact of rapid rehabilitation concept nursing on the quality of life of spinal fracture patients undergoing internal fixation treatment
快速康复理念护理对实施内固定治疗的脊柱骨折患者生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨内固定治疗的脊柱骨折患者接受快速康复理念护理对于提高术后生活质量的意义。方法样本对象为60例接受内固定治疗的脊柱骨折患者，研究时间为2025年1月至12月，根据患者接受治疗时间分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规护理，观察组加入快速康复理念护理，使用36条简明健康状况调查表（SF-36）评估患者生活质量，并比较两组护理满意度。结果 观察组的SF-36量表得分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组护理满意度分别为96.66%及80.00%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 对于接受内固定治疗的脊柱骨折患者实施快速康复理念护理，能够加速康复进程，改善患者术后生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the significance of rapid rehabilitation concept nursing for patients with spinal fractures undergoing internal fixation treatment in improving postoperative quality of life.
Methods The sample subjects were 60 patients with spinal fractures who received internal fixation treatment. The study period was from January to December 2025, and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group based on their treatment time. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation concept nursing care. The 36 item Short Form Health Status Survey (SF-36) was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.
Results The SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.66% and 80.00%, respectively, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal fractures undergoing internal fixation treatment can accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve their postoperative quality of life.
