目的 分析血液科肿瘤患者化疗期间实施心理护理对其情绪状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选取我院2023年1月至2026年1月期间的102例肿瘤患者作为研究对象。据护理方案的不同，将患者分为观察组（心理护理联合常规护理）与对照组（常规护理）。结果 观察组的焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分与抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均显著低于对照组，治疗依从性优良率更高（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理能够有效缓解血液科肿瘤患者化疗期间的负性情绪，提升治疗依从性。
Objective To analyze the impact of psychological nursing on the emotional state and treatment compliance of hematological cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods A retrospective study was conducted, selecting 102 cancer patients from our hospital between January 2023 and January 2026 as the research subjects. According to different nursing plans, patients were divided into an observation group (psychological nursing combined with routine nursing) and a control group (routine nursing). Results The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the excellent rate of treatment compliance was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively alleviate negative emotions during chemotherapy in hematological cancer patients and improve treatment compliance.
