Research on the effect of zero defect emergency nursing combined with standardized emergency first aid on cardiac function and hemodynamics in the rescue process of patients with acute myocardial infarction
急性心肌梗死患者抢救过程中开展零缺陷急诊护理结合规范化急诊急救对心功能、血流动力学的作用研究

摘要

目的 探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者抢救中零缺陷急诊护理结合规范化急诊急救对心功能、血流动力学的影响。方法 选取2023年11月-2025年11月收治的80例AMI患者，分为对照组（40例，常规急救护理）与观察组（40例，零缺陷急诊护理+规范化急诊急救），比较两组心功能、血流动力学及护理效果。结果 观察组左心室射血分数（LVEF）、心输出量（CO）高于对照组（P<0.001），收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）更稳定（P<0.001），并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 该护理联合急救模式可显著改善AMI患者心功能，稳定血流动力学，降低并发症风险，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of zero defect emergency nursing combined with standardized emergency rescue on cardiac function and hemodynamics in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) admitted from November 2023 to November 2025 were selected and divided into a control group (40 cases, receiving routine emergency care) and an observation group (40 cases, receiving zero defect emergency care and standardized emergency care). The cardiac function, hemodynamics, and nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiac output (CO) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.001), while systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were more stable (P<0.001). The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing combined with emergency mode can significantly improve the cardiac function, stabilize hemodynamics, and reduce the risk of complications in AMI patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
