The effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with malignant liver tumors undergoing interventional chemotherapy
循证护理用于肝恶性肿瘤介入化疗患者护理中的效果

摘要

目的 评价肝恶性肿瘤介入化疗（TACE）手术后循证护理循证护理应用效果。方法 以2022年1月至2025年1月入院接受TACE手术治疗60例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象，开展临床研究，术后采用盲选抽签法分组，比较术后常规护理（参照组，30例），基于常规护理的循证护理（研究组，30例）应用效果差异。结果 较参照组，研究组术后6h、12h时数字疼痛评分量表（NRS）评分降低，且护理后心理韧性量表（CD-RISC）评分升高（P＜0.05）。较参照组，研究组术后并发症发生率降低（P＜0.05）。结论 原发性肝癌患者TACE术后开展循证护理，可积极缓解术后早期疼痛感受，纠正患者心理情绪正向性，并实现对各类并发症风险的积极预防。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing after TACE surgery for primary liver cancer.
Methods A total of 60 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent TACE surgery from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. A clinical study was conducted. Postoperative grouping was carried out using a blind lottery method, and the application effects of postoperative routine nursing (reference group, 30 cases) and evidence-based nursing based on routine nursing (study group, 30 cases) were compared.
Results Compared with the reference group, the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) scores at 6 hours and 12 hours after surgery in the study group were lower, and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) scores after nursing were higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the reference group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with primary liver cancer after TACE surgery, implementing evidence-based nursing can actively alleviate the early postoperative pain sensation, correct the positive psychological emotions of patients, and achieve active prevention of various complications.
