Application of staged dietary nursing intervention in postoperative rehabilitation of children with acute suppurative appendicitis
阶段性饮食护理干预在儿童急性化脓性阑尾炎术后康复中的应用

摘要

目的 探究在儿童急性化脓性阑尾炎术后康复中，采用阶段性饮食护理干预的效果。方法 选取本院儿童急性化脓性阑尾炎术后患儿86例，时间为2024年11月-2025年11月，对患儿进行随机分组，对照组43例，采用常规护理，观察组43例，采用阶段性饮食护理干预，对比两组患儿护理效果。结果 观察组患儿术后恢复情况、营养指标，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在儿童急性化脓性阑尾炎术后康复中，采用阶段性饮食护理干预，有助于促进患儿术后恢复，还能改善患儿营养指标，价值突出，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of staged dietary nursing intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation of children with acute suppurative appendicitis.
Methods 86 children with acute suppurative appendicitis who underwent surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from November 2024 to November 2025. The control group consisted of 43 cases who received routine nursing care, while the observation group consisted of 43 cases who received staged dietary nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups of children were compared.
Results The postoperative recovery and nutritional indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the postoperative rehabilitation of children with acute suppurative appendicitis, the use of staged dietary nursing interventions can help promote postoperative recovery and improve nutritional indicators. It has outstanding value and is worth promoting.
