The application effect of oliceridine combined with ciprofol on endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in elderly patients
奥赛利定复合环泊酚用于老年患者经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨奥赛利定复合环泊酚用于老年患者经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术的有效性和安全性。方法 选择择期行内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）手术老年患者100例，将入组患者通过随机数字表法实施分组，分别为奥赛利定配伍环泊酚的O组、舒芬太尼配伍环泊酚的S组，两组各纳入50例受试者。结果 与T0相比，两组T1~T3的MAP降低、HR减慢；T1时两组SpO₂均下降，S组高于O组（P＜0.05）。O组呼吸抑制和术后恶心呕吐发生率低于S组（P＜0.05）。结论 奥赛利定与舒芬太尼复合环泊酚均可安全有效用于老年患者ERCP手术患者麻醉，奥赛利定副作用更少。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety ofoliceridine combined with ciprofol in elderly patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
Methods One hundred elderly patients undergoing elective endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) were enrolled. The enrolled patients were divided into group O (oliseridine combined with ciprofol) and group S (sufentanil combined with ciprofol) by random- number table method, with 50 subjects in each group.
Results Compared with baseline (T0), MAP decreased and HR slowed at time‑points T1‑T3 in both groups. SpO₂ declined at T1 in both groups, with significantly higher values in Group S than Group O (P＜0.05). The incidences of respiratory depression and postoperative nausea and vomiting were markedly lower in Group O relative to Group S (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Both oliceridine‑ciprofol and sufentanil‑ciprofol can be safely and effectively used for anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing ERCP. Oliceridine is associated with fewer adverse reactions.
