Discussion on the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy on immune function in malignant lymphoma
参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗恶性淋巴瘤对免疫功能影响的临床效果探讨

摘要

目的 探析化疗的同时辅以参芪扶正注射液对治疗恶性淋巴瘤的临床成效。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年12月我院收治的68例恶性淋巴瘤患者纳入作为研究的对象并且借助随机数表法划分成两个组别，每组纳入恶性淋巴瘤者34例。常规组单纯采用化疗方案治疗，实验组在常规组治疗基础上联合参芪扶正注射液干预，对比两组患者的临床疗效以及免疫功能指标水平、不良反应。结果 实验组临床治疗有效率明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预前两组免疫功能指标水平相近（P＞0.05），干预后实验组CD3+、CD4+细胞比例及CD4+/CD8+比值均高于常规组，CD8+细胞比例低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应相近（P＞0.05）。结论 化疗的同时辅以参芪扶正注射液对治疗恶性淋巴瘤的临床成效好，能够改善患者免疫功能，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of applying Shenqi Fuzheng Injection as adjuvant therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant lymphoma.
Methods A total of 68 patients with malignant lymphoma admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The conventional group received chemotherapy alone, while the experimental group was given Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of the therapeutic scheme adopted in the conventional group. The clinical efficacy, immune function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The levels of immune function indexes of the two groups were basically consistent before intervention (P＞0.05). After intervention, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ cell proportion and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group, while the CD8+ cell proportion was lower, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). There was no obvious difference in adverse reaction incidence between the two groups (P＞0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection and chemotherapy can achieve favorable clinical effect on malignant lymphoma and improve the immune function of patients, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
