Observation on the efficacy of modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in treating stable angina pectoris with Chronic insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing internally type in coronary heart disease
黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰热内扰型冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并慢性失眠的疗效观察

摘要

目的 分析黄连温胆汤加减用于痰热内扰型冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并慢性失眠治疗的实际作用。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年12月我院门诊治疗的84例痰热内扰型冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并慢性失眠患者，借助随机数表法划分成两组，每组各42例。常规组采取常规西医治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上应用黄连温胆汤加减治疗，对比两组临床疗效以及心绞痛发作情况、睡眠质量评分。结果 实验组临床治疗有效率明显高于常规组，心绞痛发作次数少于常规组、发作持续时间短于常规组，睡眠质量评分低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰热内扰型冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并慢性失眠效果较好，能有效改善患者心绞痛症状与睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical effect of modified Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with chronic insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing internally type in coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 84 patients with stable angina pectoris with chronic insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing internally type treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using the random table method, with 42 cases in each group. The routine group received routine Western medicine treatment, while the experimental group received modified Huanglian Wendan decoction treatment the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy, angina attack conditions, and sleep quality scores were compared between the two groups.
Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was signific higher than that of the routine group. The number of angina attacks and the duration of each attack were lower in the experimental group than in the routine group, and the sleep quality was lower in the experimental group than in the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Modified Huanglian Wendan decoction is effective in treating stable angina pectoris with chronic insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbing internally type in coronary heart disease, and can effectively improve patients’ angina symptoms and sleep quality.
