临床体检与超声检查在乳腺疾病筛查中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析临床体检联合超声检查在乳腺疾病筛查中的临床价值。方法 采用回顾性研究设计,选取2023年6月至2025年6月期间的受检者作为研究对象。根据最终诊断结果,纳入健康对照者120例(健康组)和乳腺疾病患者120例(疾病组)。结果 疾病组临床体检阳性率显著高于健康组的(P<0.05)。疾病组乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)分类4类及以上占比明显高于健康组,病灶边界、形态、内部回声、微小钙化及血流信号等超声特征上有明显差异,临床体检联合超声检查的阳性检出率更高(P<0.05)。结论 临床体检与超声检查的联合应用能够有效区分乳腺疾病患者与健康人群。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of clinical physical examination combined with ultrasound examination in breast disease screening.
Methods A retrospective study design was adopted, selecting participants from June 2023 to June 2025 as the research subjects. According to the final diagnosis results, 120 healthy controls (healthy group) and 120 breast disease patients (disease group) were included.
Results The positive rate of clinical physical examination in the disease group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group (P<0.05). The proportion of Breast Imaging‑Reporting And Data System (BI-RADS) classification 4 or above in the disease group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group. There were significant differences in ultrasound features such as lesion boundaries, morphology, internal echoes, microcalcifications, and blood flow signals. The positive detection rate of clinical physical examination combined with ultrasound examination was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of clinical physical examination and ultrasound examination can effectively distinguish between breast disease patients and healthy individuals.
