The impact of individualized nursing combined with behavioral intervention on patients with ankle fractures
个体化护理结合行为干预对踝关节骨折患者的影响

摘要

目的 讨论个体化护理结合行为干预对踝关节骨折患者的影响。方法 选取2025年2月至2026年4月期间在我院就诊的30例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机分配原则将其划分为对照组和观察组，每组各纳入15例患者。对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施个体化护理结合行为干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果 干预完成后，观察组在疼痛程度、踝部功能、康复配合度以及并发症出现比例方面均优于对照组，差异具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将个体化护理同行为干预相融合，能够切实缓解踝关节骨折患者的痛感，推动关节功能的复原进程，提升患者参与康复的配合度，并减少并发症的出现几率。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the impact of individualized nursing combined with behavioral intervention on patients with ankle fractures.
Methods From February 2025 to April 2026, 30 patients with ankle fractures who visited our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the principle of random allocation, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 15 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received individualized nursing combined with behavioral intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After the intervention, the observation group had better pain levels, ankle function, rehabilitation cooperation degree, and complication occurrence rate than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Integrating individualized nursing with behavioral intervention can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with ankle fractures, promote the recovery process of joint function, improve the cooperation degree of patients in rehabilitation, and reduce the occurrence rate of complications.
