Application research of standardized training for Parkinson’ s rehabilitation care procedures in neurology department
帕金森康复护理操作标准化带教在神经内科的应用研究

摘要

目的 研究帕金森康复护理操作标准化带教在神经内科的应用效果。方法 将2025年6月-2026年3月在神经内科工作的30例护理实习生纳入研究，作为研究组，2024年6月-2025年3月在神经内科工作的30例护理实习生作为参照组。参照组开展传统帕金森康复护理带教，研究组开展帕金森康复护理操作标准化带教，对比两组操作技能考核分数、学习能力考核分数。结果 研究组操作技能考核分数高于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组学习能力考核分数高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 帕金森康复护理操作标准化带教在神经内科的应用效果显著，不仅提高护理实习生的康复护理操作技能水平，同时提升学习能力。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of standardized operation teaching in Parkinson’s rehabilitation care in the neurology department.
Methods Thirty nursing interns who worked in the Department of Neurology from June 2025 to March 2026 were included in the study as the research group, and another thirty nursing interns who worked in the Department of Neurology from June 2024 to March 2025 served as the control group. The control group carried out traditional Parkinson’s rehabilitation care teaching, while the research group carried out standardized operation teaching in Parkinson’s rehabilitation care. The operation skill assessment scores and learning ability assessment scores of the two groups were compared.
Results The operation skill assessment score of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the learning ability assessment score of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of standardized operation teaching in Parkinson’s rehabilitation care in the neurology department has a significant effect. It not only improves the rehabilitation care operation skills of nursing interns, but also enhances their learning ability.
