The effect of evodia rubbing therapy combined with predictive nursing on postpartum urinary retention

摘要

目的 探讨吴茱萸熨烫治疗联合预见性护理对产后尿潴留的影响，以期为产后尿潴留的预防提供可靠参考方向。方法 将2025年1月至2025年12月分娩产妇80例作为观察对象，依据分娩时间先后顺序作为分组条件，前40例作为对照组实施常规治疗与护理，后40例作为观察组采纳吴茱萸熨烫治疗联合预见性护理，统计不同干预结果，对比差异表现。结果 与对照组相较，观察组产妇产后尿潴留发生率、疼痛评分均降低，首次排尿时间缩短，排尿量增加，患者满意度数据提高，两组数据对比P＜0.05。结论 吴茱萸熨烫治疗联合预见性护理可缩短产后首次排尿时间，增加排尿量，缓解产后疼痛，有效降低产后尿潴留的发生风险，值得采纳。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of evodia rubbing therapy combined with predictive nursing on postpartum urinary retention, aiming to provide reliable reference for its prevention.
Methods A total of 80 parturients from January 2025 to December 2025 were enrolled as subjects. According to the chronological order of delivery, they were divided into two groups: the first 40 cases served as the control group receiving conventional treatment and nursing, while the latter 40 cases served as the observation group receiving evodia rubbing therapy combined with predictive nursing. Statistical analysis was performed to compare the outcomes of different interventions.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a lower incidence of postpartum urinary retention, reduced pain scores, shorter first urination time, increased urine output, and improved patient satisfaction. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Evodia rubbing therapy combined with predictive nursing can shorten the first urination time after delivery, increase urine output, alleviate postpartum pain, and effectively reduce the risk of postpartum urinary retention, making it worthy of adoption.
