The impact of motivational nursing model on negative emotions and self-care ability in hemodialysis patients
激励式护理模式对血液透析患者负性情绪和自我护理能力的影响

摘要

目的 分析激励式护理模式对血液透析患者负性情绪和自我护理能力的影响。方法 选取2022年9月-2024年8月本院收治的104例血液透析患者，以随机抽签分组，各52例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施激励式护理模式。对比两组负性情绪分、自我护理能力及透析依从性。结果 干预后，观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组，自我护理能力评分均值高于对照组；观察组透析依从性高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对血液透析患者实施激励式护理模式，可有效改善负性情绪，提升自我护理能力和透析依从性，为临床护理方案优化提供参考。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of incentive based nursing mode on negative emotions and self-care ability of hemodialysis patients.
Methods 104 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 52 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received incentive-based nursing on routine nursing. Compare the negative emotion scores, self-care ability, and dialysis compliance between two groups.
Results After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the average self-care ability score was higher than that of the control group; The dialysis compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing an incentive-based nursing model for hemodialysis patients can effectively improve negative emotions, enhance self-care ability and dialysis compliance, and provide reference for optimizing clinical nursing plans.
