Construction and application of the one-discipline-one-product nursing model for diabetes under multidisciplinary collaboration
多学科协作下糖尿病一科一品护理模式的构建与应用

摘要

目的 分析多学科协作下糖尿病一科一品护理模式的构建与应用效果。方法 选取我院于2025年1月-12月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者进行研究，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组60例，给予对照组常规护理，观察组构建并实施多学科协作下糖尿病一科一品护理模式。结果 观察组的血糖指标控制情况、自我管理能力评分、护理满意度和并发症发生率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 多学科协作下糖尿病一科一品护理模式的构建与应用，可有效控制患者的血糖，提升其自我管理能力和护理满意度，降低并发症的发生风险，促进整体护理效果的提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the construction and application effect of the one-discipline-one-product nursing model for diabetes under multidisciplinary collaboration.
Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group constructed and implemented the one-discipline-one-product nursing model under multidisciplinary collaboration.
Results The control conditions of blood sugar indicators, self-management ability scores, nursing satisfaction, and complication occurrence rate in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The construction and application of the one-discipline-one-product nursing model for diabetes under multidisciplinary collaboration can effectively control the blood sugar of patients, improve their self-management ability and nursing satisfaction, reduce the risk of complications, and promote the improvement of overall nursing effects.
