规范化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 通过回顾性分析，探究规范化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年8月期间，院内60例接受老年下肢骨折手术患者病历资料。2025年1月至2025年4月的30例患者接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年5月至2025年8月的30例患者接受规范化护理，作为观察组。对比两组临床相关指标及并发症发生率。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间低于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 规范化护理可显著改善患者临床相关指标及并发症发生率，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of standardized nursing in perioperative care for elderly patients with lower limb fractures through a retrospective analysis.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 elderly patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery in the hospital from January 2025 to August 2025. Among them, 30 patients from January to April 2025 received conventional nursing as the control group, while 30 patients from May to August 2025 received standardized nursing as the observation group. Clinical indicators and complication rates were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group had significantly shorter operative time, intraoperative blood loss, and hospitalization duration compared to the control group (P < 0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Standardized nursing can significantly improve clinical indicators and reduce complication rates in patients, making it worthy of promotion and application.
