The impact of a virtual simulation teaching system based on job competency for postoperative drainage care in orthopedics on the clinical core competencies of nursing students
基于岗位胜任力的骨科术后引流护理虚拟仿真教学系统对护生临床核心能力的影响

摘要

目的 分析基于岗位胜任力的骨科术后引流护理虚拟仿真教学系统对护生临床核心能力的影响。方法 选取2024年9月至2025年12月来院骨科实习的护生60名，选择基于岗位胜任力的骨科术后引流护理虚拟仿真教学系统开展护理带教，比较护生入科时、出科时的岗位胜任力评分，并调查护生对该教学系统的满意度。结果 与入科时相比较，护生出科时的岗位胜任力评分均增加（P＜0.05）。全部60名护生，对基于岗位胜任力的骨科术后引流护理虚拟仿真教学系统的总满意度为88.33%（53/60）。结论 应用基于岗位胜任力的骨科术后引流护理虚拟仿真教学系统，不但可显著提升护生的岗位胜任力，而且提升其教学满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of the virtual simulation teaching system based on job competency on the clinical core competencies of nursing students in orthopedic surgery post-drainage care.
Methods Sixty nursing students who were on internship in the orthopedic department from September 2024 to December 2025 were selected. The virtual simulation teaching system based on job competency for orthopedic post-drainage care was used for nursing instruction. The job competency scores of the students at the beginning and end of their internship were compared, and the satisfaction of the students with the teaching system was investigated.
Results Compared with the scores at the beginning of their internship, the job competency scores of the students at the end of their internship all increased (P < 0.05). Among all 60 nursing students, the total satisfaction with the virtual simulation teaching system based on job competency for orthopedic post-drainage care was 88.33% (53/60).
Conclusion   The application of the virtual simulation teaching system based on job competency for orthopedic post-drainage care not only significantly improves the job competency of nursing students but also enhances their teaching satisfaction.
