目的 探讨序贯性血液净化联合全程优化护理对重症有机磷农药中毒患者的应用效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年12月收治的重症有机磷农药中毒患者52例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各26例。对照组接受常规血液灌流及常规护理,观察组在相同解毒治疗基础上实施序贯性血液净化联合全程优化护理。比较两组临床康复指标及并发症发生率。结果 观察组胆碱酯酶恢复时间、昏迷时间、机械通气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,阿托品总用量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为11.54%,低于对照组的46.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 序贯性血液净化联合全程优化护理能够加快重症有机磷农药中毒患者体内毒物清除与胆碱酯酶恢复,减少阿托品用量,缩短救治进程,并降低并发症发生风险。
Objective To explore the application effect of sequential blood purification combined with whole-process optimized nursing in critically ill patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 52 critically ill patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received conventional hemoperfusion and routine nursing, while the observation group received sequential blood purification combined with whole-process optimized nursing in addition to the same detoxification treatment. The clinical rehabilitation indicators and complication rates of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of cholinesterase, coma time, mechanical ventilation time, and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total dosage of atropine was less than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.54%, which was lower than 46.15% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Sequential blood purification combined with whole-process optimized nursing can accelerate the elimination of toxins and the recovery of cholinesterase in critically ill patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, reduce the dosage of atropine, shorten the treatment process, and reduce the risk of complications.
