目的 探究基于失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)模式为基础的呼唤式护理联合营养干预在重度颅脑损伤伴昏迷患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年9月-2025年8月本院急诊科收治的重度颅脑损伤伴昏迷的68例患者为探究对象。随机分为对照组(34例,常规护理)与观察组(34例,基于失效模式与效应分析模式为基础的呼唤式护理联合营养干预)。结果 护理干预2周观察组患者GCS格拉斯哥昏迷评分、并发症发生率、营养相关指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 FMEA基础下呼唤式护理联合营养干预,能改善重度颅脑损伤昏迷患者意识及营养状况,减少并发症,促进预后恢复。
Objective To explore the application effect of call-based nursing combined with nutritional intervention based on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in patients with severe traumatic brain injury and coma. Methods A total of 68 patients with severe traumatic brain injury and coma admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from September 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (34 cases, call-based nursing combined with nutritional intervention based on FMEA). Results After 2 weeks of nursing intervention, the observation group showed significantly better Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores, lower complication rates, and improved nutritional indicators compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Call-based nursing combined with nutritional intervention under the FMEA framework can improve consciousness and nutritional status in patients with severe traumatic brain injury and coma, reduce complications, and promote recovery.
