Analysis of postoperative nursing methods and effects of VSD negative pressure sealing drainage for soft tissue defects
软组织缺损VSD负压封闭引流术后护理方法及护理效果分析

摘要

目的 观察软组织缺损VSD负压封闭引流术后实施精细化护理干预的临床效果。方法 随机抽选126例软组织缺损行VSD负压封闭引流术患者，均选自2022年3月到2025年2月某三甲医院骨科收治，将其以随机数字表法分为两组，各63例。对照组实施常规术后护理，观察组实施VSD针对性精细化护理干预。评估对比两组患者创面愈合指标、疼痛程度、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组创面愈合时间为（18.36±3.25）d，较对照组（25.68±4.12）d明显缩短；观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）为（2.35±0.68）分，比对照组（4.86±0.95）分低；观察组比对照组并发症发生率低，各为3.17%和14.29%；观察组比对照组护理满意度高，各为96.83%和84.13%，组间差异均有临床意义（P＜0.05）。结论 软组织缺损VSD负压封闭引流术后实施精细化护理干预，可有效缩短创面愈合时间，减轻疼痛程度，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of refined nursing intervention after VSD negative pressure sealing drainage for soft tissue defects.
Methods A total of 126 patients with soft tissue defects who underwent VSD negative pressure sealing drainage were randomly selected and admitted to the orthopedics department of a tertiary hospital from March 2022 to February 2025. They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, while the observation group received targeted and refined VSD nursing intervention. The wound healing indicators, pain degree, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared.
Results After the intervention, the wound healing time of the observation group was (18.36±3.25) days, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (25.68±4.12) days. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for pain in the observation group was (2.35±0.68) points, which was lower than that in the control group (4.86±0.95) points. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, being 3.17% and 14.29% respectively. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, reaching 96.83% and 84.13% respectively. The differences between the groups were clinically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of refined nursing intervention after VSD negative pressure closed drainage for soft tissue defects can effectively shorten the wound healing time, reduce the degree of pain, lower the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
